Body types

There are three main body types. From left to right, they are endomorphy, mesomorphy, and ectomorphy. Usually, everyone is a mixture of the three types. The mesomorphy in the center would probably make the best weightlifter. However, all three types are able to make improvement and the desire to improve will carry you a long way. Another, and probably better test is to test a lifter's ability on the long jump, the 50 yard dash, and pullups.
