Almost all of your training for the Olympic lifts should be on the classic lifts, squats, pulls and presses. However, a little varity is in order, once in a while. Lifts that are not normally done may be practiced from time to time. Bench presses, deadlifts, curls, presses from behind the neck, etc. They're all good for a change. So is some heavy, short range work in the power rack. Another challenging routine would be to try snatches and power cleans with heavy dumbbells. This will help build power in your lifting because the dumbbells require much more control.
